Dr. Kirkman

Dr. Natalie Kirkman is beyond overjoyed to return to her roots where she was born and raised. As a native of Greensboro and a graduate of Northwest Guilford High School, she was very excited when the opportunity came up to succeed Dr. George Hanna. Along with her family who are long-time patients of the practice, Dr. Kirkman grew up under the care of Dr. Hanna. Dr. Kirkman accredits her positive experiences in the dental chair as a child that piqued her interest in dentistry. Observant of this level of care and service, Dr. Kirkman sought to pursue a career in dentistry to provide this same compassion and help when delivering dental care to her own patients. 

Her journey first took her to Raleigh where she received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Textile Chemistry from North Carolina State University—Go Wolfpack!  Afterward she moved to Chicago, IL where she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University. Following dental school, Dr. Kirkman completed a 1-year Advanced General dentistry residency with East Carolina University. The last few years she has been practicing in the Raleigh and Chapel Hill areas. She is passionate about building relationships with her patients and making them feel comfortable when they are in her chair. As a skilled clinician, she prides herself in communicating with patients so that they understand their oral health needs and feel totally at ease while she delivers a wide scope of treatment.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kirkman enjoys painting, listening to live music, and spending time with her friends and family. She is excited to be closer to home and reconnect with the community. In the fall, as a true North Carolinian she enjoys watching NC State and Panthers football. She is excited to be a part of the practice that she grew up in and provide great dental care to our patients. Please help us welcome Dr. Kirkman back home!
